Managing a defined portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Customer Service Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance accounts, overseeing client relationships, quoting, and sales execution to ensure client retention and revenue growth. Key responsibilities Own and manage client relationships for a portfolio of Food and Healthcare Assurance clients, ensuring regular communication and understanding of their needs Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals, converting inbound requests into signed agreements while managing order processing accurately Maintain client records in the CRM, track order status and provide regular performance reporting to the Commercial Director Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B inside sales, customer service, business development, or account support Knowledge of the food industry, audit schemes, and health and wellness supply chains is a strong advantage Prior experience within a certification body, audit firm, laboratory, or consulting organization is a plus Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
