Working primarily within small teams of 2-5 workers, the operator is responsible for efficient excavation and equipment handling while adhering strictly to safety guidelines. This position requires a focus on operational precision and routine equipment maintenance without travel obligations.
Responsibilities
Perform excavation tasks across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Operate excavator and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Comply with all site safety guidelines and protocols
Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
Excavator experience
Skidloader experience
Highlift experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in excavator operation
Knowledge of site safety procedures
Experience with equipment maintenance
Strong communication skills within small team settings
