Foreign Sports Theory Teacher
Key Responsibilities：
1. Teach sports theory courses, with a workload of 20 teaching hours per week.
2. Independently complete lesson preparation, lesson plan drafting, and teaching evaluations based on the school's syllabus.
3. Adapt teaching methods to be engaging and accessible, ensuring effective learning outcomes despite students having a relatively weak foundation in English.
4. Participate in other sports and cultural exchange activities organized by the university.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a sports-related field (Master's degree is highly preferred).
2. Focus strictly on sports theory teaching; no assistant teaching experience is required.
3. Clear English pronunciation and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a teaching environment where students' English proficiency is limited.
4. Compliance with Chinese laws and regulations, respect for local customs, and a clean criminal record.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, passion for education, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits：
1. Competitive Salary: Monthly salary of 14,000 - 17,000 RMB (After-tax).
